Frank Greinke
CEO and Chairman of the Board
Frank became president of Southern Counties Oil Co. in 1987 at the age of 33, and acquired ownership of the company in 1991. At that time, the company's annual revenue was $50 million. Today, under Frank's leadership as Chief Executive Officer, SC Fuels and its related companies generate over $2 billion in revenue and have operations in 11 western states.

Frank currently is a member of the Executive Committee of the Society of Independent Gasoline Marketers of America and a past director of the California Independent Oil Marketers Association. He is the former Chairman of the Southern California Chapter of Young Presidents Organization (YPO). Frank is also a founding director of The New Majority Committee; an Orange County based mainstream Republican organization, and former Finance Chairman of the Orange County Republican Party. Frank's board experience includes being a founding member of the board of directors for Pacific Ethanol Inc., an Advisory Board member for Solis Capital Partners; a board member of the Bank of Hemet; and recently being appointed Chairman of the Board of United Fuel & Energy.

Under the leadership of Frank and his father, Frank H. Greinke, SC Fuels also has the distinction of being the first company from the United States to do business in the Republic of Georgia. In 1992, Southern Counties Oil opened the first western-style gas station in the capital city of Tbilisi, just after Georgia became the first former Soviet Republic to become independent. Earlier this year, Frank was appointed to the Republic of Georgia's Honorary Counsel for the west coast in the United States, replacing his late father, Frank H. Greinke.

Local involvement has included being president and director for the Tustin Chamber of Commerce and serving a term as director for the City of Orange Chamber of Commerce. He was also a director of the Tustin Boys and Girls Club. Currently, Frank serves on the Dean's Advisory Board for Cal State Fullerton's College of Business and Economics and Chapman University's President's Cabinet. In 2004, Ernst & Young honored Frank with the Entrepreneur of the Year award.

Frank is married to JoAnne and has two children, Cindy, and Steven, both who also work in the company in senior management positions.

Thomas E. Kelly
Vice Chairman of the Board
Thomas E. Kelly has been involved in the oil and gas industry for over 20 years as an investor, principal and company officer. He is a co-founder of United Fuel & Energy Texas and served as Chief Executive Officer from 1998 through 2004. Apart from his involvement with United Fuel & Energy, Mr. Kelly has focused his energies on the organizing and developing start-up companies in the oil and gas industry. Mr. Kelly graduated from Baylor University in 1977.

Michael B. Chadwick
Director
Mike Chadwick, age 54, is a Managing Director at Sanders Morris Harris, as well as a senior member of the firm's Corporate Finance Group in Houston. Mr. Chadwick has been active in most aspects of the commercial and investment banking fields since 1975. Prior to joining Sanders Morris Harris, Mr. Chadwick was President and Principal of Chadwick, Chambers & Associates, Inc., an investment and merchant banking boutique. Prior to forming CC&A, Mr. Chadwick was with Lovett Mitchell Webb & Garrison, Inc., and Underwood, Neuhaus & Co., both Houston based independent investment banking firms. Mr. Chadwick has an MBA from Southern Methodist University, and a BA in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin. He also attended the Wharton School of Finance at the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Chadwick currently serves on the boards of: Blue Dolphin Energy Company, Landry's Restaurants, Inc., Home Solutions of America, Inc. and Moody - Price, Inc.

Gene Dewhurst
Director
E.H. (Gene) Dewhurst, age 59, has been with Falcon Seaboard since 1990 and serves as Partner/Vice President - Finance & Treasurer of Falcon Seaboard's entities. Falcon Seaboard is a privately owned diversified energy, investment and ranching company. Prior to joining Falcon Seaboard, Mr. Dewhurst was with MBank/Bank One, Houston, Texas, from 1979 to 1990, as Senior Vice President, Department Manager. He also worked for over a year with Big Three Industries, for eight years with Texas Commerce Bank, Houston, and one year with IBM in Dallas. Mr. Dewhurst is a graduate of the University of Texas, Austin, and the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking. Mr. Dewhurst currently serves on the Boards of Central Bank-Houston, A-1 Striping & Paving, The Houston Symphony Society and The Houston Symphony Endowment.

Jesse B. Tutor
Director
Jesse Tutor, age 59, recently retired from Accenture after 34 years of service, during which he was a partner for 23 years. Accenture is a $16 billion publicly held consulting firm that evolved from the consulting practice of Arthur Andersen and Andersen Consulting. During his tenure at Accenture, Mr. Tutor served as a Managing Partner of various regional, national and global operations, and was a member of the Executive Committee (of both Accenture and Andersen Worldwide), Operations Committee and Global Management Committee. Mr. Tutor also served as Senior Accenture client partner for Tenneco, Occidental Petroleum, Pennzoil, Brown & Root, HL&P, Transco, Texas Eastern and Valero. Mr. Tutor graduated from the University of Mississippi with a B.B.A. in Accounting and was a gold medal winner in the State of Mississippi for the CPA exam. Mr. Tutor is a member of the Board of Directors of the Houston Grand Opera and the Houston Symphony. He also serves as the President of the Houston Symphony Society.

Richard W. Becktel
Director
Richard Becktel, age 54, has been involved in the fuel and lubricant distribution business for over 30 years. Richard served as President of a successful start up wholesale distribution business, then as an operations manager and then President of a fuel distribution business that generated annual sales of over $400 million dollars in 1998. From 1998 until present, he has served as President and CEO of Southern Counties Lubricants, LLC in Orange, California where he increased both sales and net profitability for nine consecutive years. In addition to successfully acquiring an integrating various other entities, Southern Counties Lubricants, LLC has been the recipient of Chevron's highest award for lubrication marketers in both 2006 and 2007. Mr. Becktel graduated from Cal State Fullerton in 1977 in Accounting/Finance.
